Comments: During the last parts of the very long tour with Napalm Death (2000) we recorded our shows on minidiscs. Most of the discs have very bad sound and does not show the best side of the band. This recording was the only one that was not recorded through the mixing desc but with a simple microphone in the room. Although you hear people talking you get a good picture of what the Nasum live sound was at this point. This is not the complete show - the recording didn't start until a while into the show and I also had to exclude two songs due to digital distortion. Enjoy!

Comments: When we enter this short excerpt of this particular show we had some trouble with the bass so we start of with "a guitar and drums thing", going into a relentless version of "No Request For Guidance" where Mieszko really screams on top of his lungs! Not really a good sound on this recording, but it shows another side of the band.

Comments: Although the sound of this clip is quite bad, the content is golden! At the very end of the Napalm Death tour, Jesper had to go home a couple of days early to take some tests for an education course he wanted to take. That left us without a bassplayer for the last two shows. During soundchecks, in dressingrooms and in the bus we managed to teach Shane Embury and Napalm Death's drumtech/merch guy Mitch Dickinson to play a few songs so we could do a short but sweet set. So this was a really special show. Shane joined us on stage for the first 9 songs, ending with the Terrorizer cover in which Jesse Pintado joined us on stage too. Then Mitch Dickinson of Unseen Terror/Heresy fame played the last four tracks. One last word about the Terrorizer cover: We never really got the chance to listen to the original track or rehearse it properly, so the intro is all wrong drumwise.

Comments: The unofficial promo video was directed by Mitch Harris of Napalm Death. Mitch made this video from pictures he shot during the soundcheck and concert in Tokyo, Japan January 12 2004. Shane Embury played with us during two songs (not "Scoop" though) and he's in the video for a little while. In the end you can also see Ritual Records boss Jumbo.

Also note how extremely low Mieszko used to have his mike stand at this tour...
