USEFUL INFORMATION

HOW TO ORDER

1. Chose item in the "Choose selection" box under the item description and click the green ADD TO CART button.
2. Repeat with other items (if needed).
3. Click the green CART (n) button in the right corner to view your cart.
4. If needed, edit your cart by using the [-] or [+] buttons to decrease or increase the amount of items or use the red [x] button to delete the item.
5. Click the green CONTINUE SHOPPING button to add new items to your cart or the green PROCEED TO CHECKOUT to, well.. proceed to checkout!
6. At the checkout, edit your cart if needed, then add the info requested to complete your order and then click the green SUBMIT YOUR ORDER to finalize your order.
7. As soon as possible (a few days at most) you will recieve an email from us with the total cost and payment information. Please check you spam folder if you haven't received anything.

FAIR PRICES

We try to keep as fair prices as possible, but unfortunately we can't do much about the shipping costs. But if you order multiple items, we always charge the actual shipping cost. The prices listed by the items are for single items with normal shipping (tracking/registered is available for an extra fee), and multiple items will obviously cut the shipping costs. CD's can be shipped without the jewel case for half the shipping cost.

a) PayPal - safe and fast and the recommended method. A small fee is added by PayPal to be paid by the customer. b) Wire transfer - safe, but slower. The customer makes an international bank transfer to an IBAN account number. c) Swish - only for Swedish customers.

Note: Due to exchange rates and such, we only accept payments in SEK, which shouldn't be any problem for anyone.

SHIPPING

We ship through Swedish PostNord. Tracking/registered shipping is available at an extra cost. All Swedish orders over 250 gram will automatically be tracked. Other shipping carriers can be used for extra heavy orders, if cheaper.

Note: We can't track delayed or lost packages unless they are shipped with tracking. Sometimes shit unfortunately happens.
